Frequently asked questions

1. How long do withdrawals take, and when is the cut-off?

Every withdrawal goes through a review process, which takes some time. Reviews run Monday to Friday (business days), with the last batch of the day processed at 18:00 UTC+8. Requests submitted after 18:00 or on a non-business day roll over to the next business day.
- Crypto / third-party channels: credited within 24 hours
- Bank transfer: 3 to 7 business days

2. What are the trading fees?

- Spot: 0.1% for both maker and taker
- Futures: 0.04% maker, 0.08% taker

3. What is the maximum leverage and maintenance margin rate per asset?

- Forex accounts: 500x or 1000x leverage, chosen when the account is opened and fixed thereafter
- Futures accounts: up to 200x leverage

4. How do liquidation and ADL (auto-deleveraging) work?

Liquidation: once a forex account reaches a 100% margin level you will receive an in-platform notification and an email. If the margin level falls below 50%, positions are closed automatically.

5. Is margin shared across assets? Can unrealised crypto profit immediately open a forex position?

Margin is not shared across account types.

6. How does KYC work, and how are account limits set?

KYC verifies your identity by reviewing the documents you submit along with our internal checks. Your account limits depend on your KYC tier, and higher limits may become available after additional due diligence and approval where applicable.

7. Are EAs, APIs or high-frequency strategies allowed?

The platform does not currently support API access or EAs.
